SureStep™ Urine Test Adulteration Strips

• Detects tampering or dilution of urine specimens
• Test strip with 6 test fields
• Simple evaluation after 1 minute using the colour chart
• Detects:
• Creatinine (CRE): Tests for specimen dilution
• Nitrite (NIT): Tests for commonly used commercial adulterants
• Glutaraldehyde (GLUT): Tests for the presence of aldehydes
• Potential of Hydrogen (pH): Tests for the presence of acidic or alkaline
  adulterants in urine
• Specific Gravity (S.G.): Tests for specimen dilution
• Oxidants/Pyridinium Chlorochromate (OXI/PCC): Tests
  for the presence of oxidizing reagents such as bleach and
  hydrogen peroxide

Specimen Container

• Plastic translucent specimen container, liquid-tight screw cap
• 60mL (2oz), sterile, Diameter 48mm (2"), Height 60mm (2 3/8")
• Patient-ID label and sterility seal

Red Security Seal Tape

• Zippered edges and welding adhesive makes undetected removal of the seal virtually impossible
• Visibility shows signs of unauthorized entry
• Each strip 1 3/8" x 6 5/8", includes Date and Initial label
• Used to secure evidence, specimen bags, collection containers
