The Smart-Well Auto Read Incubator uses a real biological indicator (BI), the Smart-Read™ EZTest or Smart-Read Test Pack, which is incubated, evaluated, and documented in one simple, automated operation. Monitors steam sterilization. Detects sterilization failure in as few as 3-5 hours and confirms sterilization in only 10 Hours at 58-62°C.

Includes the unit, user’s manual, report printer, and all necessary cabling.

Smart-Read^™ Biological Indicator

• Smart-Read EZTest is a self-contained biological indicator (SCBI) for use in monitoring the efficacy of 121°C, 132°C, 134°C and 135°C steam sterilization for solid loads.
• Detects sterilization failure in as few as 3-5 hours and confirms sterilization in only 10 Hours at 58-62°C.
• Contain spores of Geobacillus stearothermophilus for all steam sterilization validation
• For use with the Smart-Well® Incubator.

Smart-Read™ Biological Indicator Test Pack

Smart-Read^™ Biological Indicator Test Pack is inside a small package of porous and nonporous materials, simulating the biological indicator 16 towel test packs. The test pack includes an Instant Chemical Integrator Record Card which gives visible indication that sterilizing conditions were met.
